Ordering floss packets?

Is Anna Sophia Bircham ready to order yet? Even if she isn’t, I need to go ahead and place my order since I have minis now ready and I want to take advantage of the $5 PayPal promo. (Every $ helps!)

So.. How do I get the right $ amount for the packet into my cart? (I’m not in any hurry to get the floss. Just want to pay for it. Weird.)
