Sounds like my kind of celebration!!!
We had a quiet just ya celebration.

All my family stayed in their own homes this year due to COVID and so my 36 yo neice; who got diagnosed with breast cancer a few months ago, could be safe. She has already gotten COVID once (someone her hubby works with was exposed and brought it to work, and they both caught it) but thankfully is okay. But it set her back 2 months in her chemo schedule and adds more treatments back to the end. She had 2 done, 10 to go. Now she’s looking at 12-14 more.

But still much to be thankful for this year!!

We cancelled our extended family celebration to protect my in-laws so yesterday was a quiet day and I made home-made chili and cinnamon rolls. Today, all my kids are home so we had our Thanksgiving meal this evening. I’m looking forward to 2 more days with everyone home, including my granddaughter who is totally addicting!

And I hope your niece makes significant progress with her treatments…this year has certainly led us to focus on our blessings!

Home yesterday afternoon and shipped out a small batch. Jumping in with both feet today!

Sat in my corner and stitched while the snowstorm raged outside.
