I love mud brick! I had been hanging on to mine and even have fabric for it, but had never decided what to stitch. I wanted to make sure I loved the pattern because I was assuming there would be no more Mud Brick. 🙂

Awesome trio, @luv2stitch2 ! Hmmm…I wonder what a darker Autumn Leaves would look like.

They look so great all next to each other like that..
Yawning Mountain is one of my favorites.. Did you ever see that Ink Circles piece where she paired it with Examplar Flannel Dark?

Vikki, yes, that was the project that the stitcher I helped out was working on. She had been trying to collect enough Yawning Mountain for a year. I was stingy and only gave her the equivalent of one skein. I also gave her my sample tag for Flannel Dark because that was all I had. It was a stunning combo!

The pattern is Growth Rings by Ink Circles and I have it here somewhere. I thought I had bought the silks for it, but didn’t find them in my stash… (I’m not going to tell you it took me hours to remember the pattern name).
I did, however, find the silks for the tsunami sampler…. anyone remember that?!

I’m planning to start Growth Rings this month. The silks are one of my first purchases from Vikki

@CristinG Yep, the Tsunami Sampler is in my short list for my #SANQ2020SAL on IG where I start a new design from the magazine every month. I’m behind tho since Sept.

      Darker Autumn Leaves options:

Quince 1407, Luteous Green 3251 and Ochre 4403

Quince 1409, Luteous Green 3253 and Ochre 4405

Quince 1411, Luteous Green 3255 and Ochre 4407

Quince 1413, Luteous Green 3257 and Ochre 4409

(Quince 1413 and Ochre 4409 are as dark as those two go.)

I’m gonna vote for 1413/3257/4409. What do y’all think?

Hey @sims can you twist your trio? I would except I don’t have the component colors.
